The Company
DediFrag was created after the former Dedicated Server company DediCore saw the need for more high quality gaming services in the UK. In the summer of 2005 we invested in some high quality servers to host the first solo servers in our new range of solo services which customers have now come to love.
We are commited to providing a high quality affordable service to both customers and the gaming community, and it's with this aim in mind that we continue to invest in bigger and more powerful equipment and network solutions to take your gaming the extreme!
Throughout the years as a company we plan to run a number of gaming LANS and events to bring the community closer together and would certainly like to see you there! Keep upto date with all our developments through the site and forums.
In July 2007 DediFrag Servers became a Limited company and that was all thanks to You our customers.

Dedifrag Support staff

Chris will take on the role of "DediFrag Event Manager" and take care of the majority of dealings with potential LAN sponsorships as well as overlooking our advertising campaigns and other new and exciting projects which are to be released later this year! Dedifrag Owners (ceo)
Like alot of game server companies all of DediFrag's full and part time Staff and Admin members are gamers themselfs. They are all dedicated to making your gaming experience the best it can be! You will often catch them floating around the servers for a game or two in between supporting you on MSN and assisting you via the numerous support methods we provide. All are driven by their love of games and are allways more than happy to engage in a conversation about the newest games in their spare time. We at DediFrag hope to be able to make your gaming hours as fun as they can be and hope that you find the perfect server for you on our site.
Des
Des is Co-Founder of DediFrag Servers and the main server and hardware administrator for the company. He deals with all the dedicated server side of the company and is allways on hand to deal with support requests for every aspect if needed. E-mail/Msn: des@dedifrag.com
Mark

The Network and Equipment
Our servers are all hosted at Blue Square 1 & Blue Square 2 on multiple 100MBps feeds and extensive peerings to all major ISP’s meaning we are able to provide high spec low ping servers at affordable prices. Our technicians are on call 24/7 and able to respond to network issues around the clock. We select only the best bandwidth and network equipment available with multiple Cisco switches routing our bandwidth and data direct to our systems.
We are dedicated to providing high quality servers both for dedicated use and shared/solo use at a low competitve price. Unlike some other GSP's (Game Service Providers) we own 100% of our equipment allowing us 100% control over what we provide to you.
All game servers are hosted on Dual Xeons & Core 2 Quads with at least 2GB of ram and SCSI or Sata 10K hard drives.
