Hi Dedifrag
We are one of the Customers that have been recently moved from Honor-Guard to Dedifrag and yesterday I seemed to loose connection to our server? And it doesn't seem to have come back. I have tried to log in to Support also but our E-mail address and password that we used for HG will not allow us to log in. Can you help at all? Thanks, Nick |

Hey Nick, I understand we are having one or two problems with your transfer, it is best you speak to Mark directly, either via a DediFrag support ticket, email or msn
for email and msn he can reached via support@dedifrag.com Hope this gets sorted soon bud
